Wahaj’s Qatar National Day offering included a rare Special Edition Maroon, California King Crab Maki plate with avocado and tobiko. That wasn’t all, the Wahaj team also brought out Al Adaam Mocktail which was a blend of coconut, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple juice and bananas with a foamy finish. To add a further layer to its National Day Celebrations Wahaj created a delicious banana cake in the colors of our Qatari flag, all aimed at celebrating this memorable day.
The celebratory cuisine route taken by 974 Delights saw the restaurant, place a customized large, luscious national Day cake before guests. The cake was made of milky chocolate, dacquoise biscuit and sesame nougatine. The Focus at 974 Delights was on bringing together familiar flavours greatly enjoyed by all types of guests, and adding a touch of creative expression by blending of tastes.
Joe’s Café came up with a special edition of pistachio milk cake. Recognizing the immense love shown by most food lovers in Qatar, the unique pistachio milk cake was made with karak tea, custard cream brulee and Chantilly, there by fusing a local favorite flavor with a cosmopolitan touch.
Cafe Pouchkine offered, a special edition maroon cheesecake. The delicious dessert was filled with strawberry confit on a rice biscuit assembled with lime mousse and vanilla shortbread. The entire concept was an unrestrained celebration of Cafe Pouchkine’s love for Qatar.
